Delivery Options
Within the UK
We will do our best to dispatch on the same or next working day, after payment is cleared. We want you receive your order as soon as possible. We dispatch goods Monday to Friday and use Royal Mail – by Special Delivery, (tracked & signed for) Please note-we do not process orders or dispatch on Saturdays, Sundays or UK Bank Holidays.
If you do require goods by a certain date for your holiday-please contact us prior to ordering and we will do all we can to ensure your products arrive on time. Please provide us with a delivery address where someone can sign for them.
Postage and Packing Costs for the UK.
- UK Mainland £6.90 for up to 3 swimsuits or bikinis, for next day delivery if ordered before 12.00 noon – Monday to Friday only. If you place your order on Friday before 12.00 noon delivery will be on Monday.
- Channel Islands & Isle of Man & Areas of Scotland not classified as ‘mainland’ for postal reasons- please email us for more information Hello@rubymoon.org.uk
Europe & Rest of the World
We will do our very best to dispatch your order on the same or next working day, after payment is cleared. We would like you receive your order as soon as possible. We dispatch goods Monday to Friday and use Post by Royal Mail Airsure or DHL and require a signature upon delivery. We do not process orders or dispatch on Saturdays, Sundays or UK Bank Holidays. If you do require goods by a certain date for your holiday, please contact us prior to ordering and we will do all we can to ensure your products arrive on time. Please give us a delivery address where someone can sign for your package and also note that once a package has been signed for by someone, its safety is no longer our responsibility. Packages are not able to be left at your local Post Office. If you miss a delivery, a card will be left letting you know how to arrange another delivery or pick-up your order in person.
We deliver to most countries around the globe. To check we deliver to where you live, please refer to the two tables below. This will also give you an idea of how long your order will take to arrive.
Europe & Selected Countries
You have the option of sending your order by Airsure® or DHL. The DHL service being the more expensive. Delivery costs are calculated at the checkout, and are dependent on where an order’s being sent, and how much it weighs.
We cannot specify the exact time of your delivery, just the possible timeframe a confirmation email will be sent when your package is on its way.
Trackable & Signed for Post by Royal Mail Airsure®
Airsure® available to selected destinations as it can only be operated to those countries with the necessary systems and infrastructure to support the product’s Track & Trace requirements.

Airsure® Estimated Delivery Times:
2 working days after posting to Western Europe
4 working days after posting to Eastern Europe and postal subsidiaries (Islands and Principalities)
6 working days after posting to the rest of the world
Airsure® Cost of sending to the above listed countries/territories:
£11.50 for one bikini set or swimsuit
£13.00 for two bikinis or swimsuits
$14.50 for three bikinis or swimsuits
£15.50 for for bikinis or swimsuits
Please note that Airsure® is a postal service- not a courier service. This means we cannot provide a guaranteed or certain delivery time, nor can we offer compensation for delays or missing Track & Trace information. If you do require an express or guaranteed service, then it’s best to use DHL.
DHL Courier Service
Delivery costs are calculated at the checkout, and are dependent on where an order’s being sent, and how much it weighs.
We cannot specify the exact time of your delivery, just the possible timeframe, and a confirmation email will be sent when your package is en route. Where possible we will send for delivery by 12 noon, if not it will be by the end of the business day.

Customs Clearance
Whether you use DHL or Post-You may need to pay customs or import duties on your order, once it reaches your country of residence. These charges are out of our control and we are unable to estimate them. Unfortunately therefore we cannot be held responsible for customs charges. For more information, contact your local customs office. Customs can also delay the delivery of orders. Again, we cant control that.
How to track your order
If your order’s taking longer than expected or you want to find out when it will arrive, you can check its progress at www.royalmail.com (click on track and trace option) or
Or at www.DHL.com. Enter your consignment number in the box. Your consignment number will be sent to you via email when your order is dispatched.
Alternatively, if your order is severely overdue, please contact our Online Customer Service Team on 01273 230 425 between 9.30am and 6pm (GMT), Monday to Friday. Or email us on hello@rubymoon.org.uk Either way please quote your order number.
Returns
- To return an item to RubyMoon you need to select a reason from the list below.
- Please tick the ‘Return Code’ column against the relevant item on the delivery note that came with your order.
- Then within 14 days of receipt, send the goods you wish to return along with the delivery note to: Returns-RubyMoon, 37a Rugby Road, Brighton, BN1 6EB. You’ll need to pay the return postage and for safety, we would recommend you use a recorded delivery service and keep the proof of postage. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us. Any items returned to us must be in their original condition – if they’re not, we may be unable to accept them. Where reasonable care hasn’t been taken with any items, we reserve the right to refund you in full, less any amounts due by way of compensation to either repair the goods or cover any loss. When trying on goods, please ensure that you are not wearing any fragrance, make-up or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark. For hygiene reasons, the swimwear can only be returned if the protective seal is still intact.
- As long as any goods you send back to us are in their original condition, we will refund your purchase within 30 working days of receiving your returned package.
Exchanges
If we’ve made a mistake with your order or you have any problems with the beachwear:
Contact RubyMoon on 01273 230 425 between 9.30am and 6pm. Or email hello@rubymoon.org.uk. Once you’ve explained the fault or problem and given us your Order Number, we’ll then give you a Returns Number. You’ll need to fill this in, along with some other information, on the Returns Form, which should be in the box your order arrived in.
If your form is missing-please email hello@rubymoon.org.uk and we will send you a new one. Once you have it, please fill it in.
If your order was incorrectly packed or an item was faulty and you want a replacement, we’ll simply send you the correct item(s) or a new version of what you ordered. We’ll also refund your original delivery charge and any costs you incur returning the item(s). We obviously won’t charge you for the delivery of the correct item(s) either.
All items must be returned to us in their original good condition so when trying on clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing any perfume or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark.
