RUBYMOON GOES TO | BARCELONA

RubyMoon loves the adjacent areas of Sant Pere, Ribera and El Born and it’s all walkable from San Pere all the way down to the beach- but if you decide to go further, take the 2 day metro pass for €14. Stay at the Hotel Vincci Gala, Rhonda de Sant Pere (Metro Urquinona) or stay with AirBnb in any of the above districts.

Make sure that you:

See the Arco de Triomphe and walk down to the Parc de la Cuitadella, refresh yourself with a coffee opposite the Cascada fountain.
Admire the view from the top floor restaurant of El Corte Ingles, Plaza Catalunya

Enjoy the sandy beaches at Barceloneta, San Sebastia or Bogatell. RubyMoon sunned herself on all of them!

If you like a flea market, try the undercover one at Glorias metro. An extensive selection of brick a brack, collectibles and new clothing & kitchenware.

The Palau de Musica Catalana has an impressive façade and side entrance as well as interior.

If you are a fan, go to the Museo de Picasso, €11 per person- get there early in the day to miss the queue

Familia Segradia church- don’t miss both the interior and exterior, RubyMoon suggest booking online. Later walk down Passieg de Gracia to see the Pedredia and the Casa Mila, also designed by the great Senor Gaudi

Barcelona has a feast of culinary treats to try-
